[REVIEW] FW Gundam Converge EX15 - Neo Zeong

Review:
We're not a big fan of EX Converge models, but we'll make an exception because it's Neo Zeong. It's not so often that you'll get to see a model of it. As expected, box size is big for an Ex Converge figure. It's like having 2 FW Standart boxes combined. Upon opening the box, you'll get a lot of different parts sealed in plastic that comes with an instruction. It was fun and easy putting them together. The feeling is similar to making a half built gunpla model. As expected it comes with an action base for it to be displayed. The base itself has the Neo Zeong logo.

What makes this model special are the details. You get to see fine details without the need of customizing it like the Neo Zeong model number, NZ-999 and Zeong logo at the back. Apart from Sinanju parts that are made of plastic rubber, all parts of Neo Zeong are made of hard plastic.

The only articulated parts are the arms and the 4 cannons at the back. The arms can be moved up and down while the hands can be rotated to 360 degrees. Opportunity for this model is that some parts easily fall off such as the head, boosters and legs. There is also a lack of details on the Sinanju parts like the shield. It's like the main focus is only on the Neo Zeong itself.

Overall, the Neo Zeong is a must have model if your a big fan and can't afford to have the larger scale yet. We'll give this one a high rating despite having limited articulation. Simply because it's details far exceeds that of any Neo Zeong models. This is a model that deserves to be displayed in a glass case. We would have given it a perfect score if only it included more features.

Rating: 4.5 out of 5
