WIP: MG 1/100 - Strike Freedom (Part 2: Wings)
We've finally finished the wings of the Strike Freedom. The details are great, especially the gold coating. They are divided into 4 parts, 2 wings back to back for both left and right. There are a total of 8 dragoons attached on the wings. Each dragoon has decals on them but you could barely see it. The decals should have been printed in white so that it becomes visible. It also required some panel lining as well.
Well that's about it for the wings. We're already excited to attach it to the Strike Freedom. But before that we'll be doing our next progress post with the armaments. So look forward to it.

We're nearly done with the MG 1/100 Strike Freedom. But before it's completion, we'll be talking about it's armament. Let's begin with the main weapon. The Strike Freedom has 2 Beam Rifles and can be combined to form a Beam Cannon. On the hips are the Rail Cannons. They flipped when stored and opens up during firing position. For defense, the Strike Freedom make use of a Beam Shield. It can be use either on the right or left arm.
Of course let's not forget the Beam Saber. It has 2 Beam Sabers which can be connected together to form a Double-bladed Beam Saber. I like the fact that the beam part is slightly bend because it gives off a slashing effect. Lastly is the Strike Freedom's most powerful weapon, the Dragoon System. There are 8 Dragoons and 2 Dragoon pods are stored on each wing, equipped with their own beam assault cannon.. The Dragoons could actually be displayed using the action base and rods included in the Full Burst kit. But we'll be discussing that on a later post.
For extra details, all the armament required some panel lining. There are also some decals applied. But we find it useless since it's not that visible and you could barely see it. That's about it for the Strike Freedom's armament. Everything looks promising and can't wait to put it on the model. So look forward to our full review of the model kit.
